As a SAP ABAP Senior Associate you will support client service work within our Advisory practice, using SAP technology skills to help design, configure, develop, and support business application solutions that improve operational efficiency and fit the needs of the business. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and develop the confidence to guide junior team members while navigating changing priorities and varied perspectives. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to SAP Core ERP work across finance, customer, and supply chain processes, translate business needs into technical solutions, and bring careful attention to quality, communication, and follow-through across delivery activities.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements and translating them into SAP ABAP development tasks across finance, customer, and supply chain processes
- Developing, enhancing, and maintaining ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements within SAP Core ERP environments
- Configuring and supporting SAP technical components, including SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and NetWeaver-based solutions
- Troubleshooting application issues, interpreting technical feedback, and resolving defects across development and deployment cycles
- Supporting SAP implementation and modernization efforts by contributing to design discussions, testing activities, and deployment readiness
- Reviewing work assigned to junior team members and providing guidance on coding approaches, technical standards, and issue resolution
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand business context, anticipate needs, and adapt deliverables as priorities shift
- Using analytical thinking and process improvement skills to streamline SAP solutions and support operational efficiency
- Applying data-driven insights to inform technical recommendations and improve system performance across SAP landscapes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating hands-on ABAP development across SAP Core ERP environments
- Applying SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver technical skills
- Interpreting business requirements into scalable SAP technical solutions
- Navigating client conversations with clear, concise technical communication
- Mentoring junior team members while managing assigned workstreams
