• undefined Experience: 7-11 yearsEducational Qualification: CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelors in Data Science — Tier 1 instituteJob Summary:Manager – Process Excellence will lead AI-enabled Tax transformation engagements, combining strong capabilities in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Automation and Data Analytics with an understanding of Tax, Finance and ERP processes. The individual will partner with senior client stakeholders, Tax SMEs, Tax Technology teams and AI/data/technology teams to identify and prioritize AI-led transformation opportunities, redesign processes, architect AI-enabled solutions and lead their delivery through implementation and value realization.The role will bridge Tax domain requirements and AI/technology delivery, ensuring solutions improve productivity, automate manual activities, enhance decision-making, reduce risk and enable smarter Tax operations. Roles & Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end As-Is assessments and Tax process transformation workstreams, identifying productivity, efficiency, automation and AI-led transformation opportunities across Tax, Finance and ERP processes. Lead identification, assessment and prioritization of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Copilot and Automation use cases across Tax Technology, Tax Operations and Reporting, linking interventions to measurable business outcomes. Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered assistants, agents and workflow solutions that improve employee productivity and operational efficiency. Architect AI-enabled Tax solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Python, APIs, Power Platform and other relevant AI technologies, translating Tax process requirements into functional specifications and solution designs for development teams. Design RAG and knowledge-based solutions leveraging tax policies, SOPs, regulatory content and enterprise data sources, working with technical teams to define fit-for-purpose solution approaches. Apply rapid prototyping approaches, including Vibe Coding, to accelerate experimentation and solution development using natural-language-driven development approaches. Partner with Tax SMEs and Tax Technology teams to identify and design opportunities for embedding AI into platforms including ONESOURCE, Vertex, SAP DRC and other SAP tax solutions. Lead analysis of Tax and ERP data to identify anomalies, compliance risks, process inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-enabled automation and decision support. Lead AI solution delivery from ideation through value realization, including opportunity assessment, business case development, solution design, implementation, testing and deployment. Drive AI-enabled future-state process design, integrating human activities, AI agents, automation, data and controls into redesigned Tax workflows. This aligns with the Process Excellence model of redesigning how work gets done with AI embedded into the future process. Facilitate cross-functional client workshops and senior stakeholder discussions, presenting process findings, AI opportunities, solution options, trade-offs, business cases and transformation recommendations. Lead and coach project teams, provide technical and functional guidance, review solution quality and manage delivery outcomes throughout the engagement lifecycle.
