Provide technical expertise of receiving and inspection to the team to ensure individual's continuing development.
Monitoring Cold Storage Parameters and Potato Quality from in put to out put
Ensure smooth and efficient storage operations.
Minimize natural and handling losses, Prevent quality degradation.
Guarantee a consistent and sufficient supply for production
Responsibilities
Control potato chip stock receiving and inspection for local and overseas to meet quality and compliance standard through key areas as follows:
Control daily chip stock and seed receiving and inspection process as per quality and compliance standard
Supervise daily operations (manpower, machines) of receiving stations in the assigned area (Gia Lai province)
Coordinate with the related functions to deliver chip stock from receiving stations to cool rooms with minimum quality and weight loss, aligned with timeline, safety and security standard
Review and ensure correctness of daily chip stock receiving and inspection report from stations in the assigned area
Execute safety and security program at the responsible receiving area
Control & ensure the activities at Cool room follow potatoes storage process with standard quality and loss
Control MOH of receiving team in the responsible area as per AOP
Ensure every execution is in compliance with Agro work process in GCS and company policy
Support EHS system and ISO system
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Agricultural Engineering.
