We are looking for a part-time concierge to join our wonderful front desk team to cover Saturdays for $23.00/hr. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking for supplemental part-time work.

Our Receptionist/Concierge:

• Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
• Takes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned
• Provides exceptional customer service to our team
• Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.
• Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries. 
• Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
• At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
• Current first aid/CPR certification or be willing to obtain
• Current WA State Food Handler's card or be willing to obtain
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Completion of DSHS background check including fingerprinting, 2-step TB Test also required.
