Invoice to Cash Subject Matter Expert

As an Invoice to Cash Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the end-to-end Invoice to Cash process. Acting as a trusted technical and functional expert, you will help optimize billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation activities while enhancing customer experience and financial performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will champion best practices, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to innovative solutions that increase efficiency, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience within Invoice to Cash operations, preferably in Shared Services and BPO environments.
• Strong expertise in Credit & Collections, Cash Application, Account Reconciliations, and Reporting & Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven ability to act as a technical and operational expert, driving process improvements and resolving complex issues.
• Advanced English proficiency in a global business environment.

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and process transformation initiatives.
• Experience with training delivery and change management activities.
• Exposure to customer experience improvement programs.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Serve as the Invoice to Cash subject matter expert, providing guidance and promoting best practices across operational teams.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to improve operational effectiveness.
• Lead training and communication initiatives related to process enhancements and system changes.
• Act as the first escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and business continuity.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and BPO providers to drive collaboration and seamless operational execution.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing customer experience, process efficiency, and financial performance.
