Description
Responsibilities
Joining requirement discussions to understand what a new feature is supposed to do and who it's for.
Learning how each project works: what each module does and how the pieces connect (for example, how a lead turns into a deal and then an invoice).
Helping write test cases for new and existing features, and running them.
Testing the platform to find anything that's broken, confusing or doesn't look right.
Logging bugs in Jira with clear steps, so a developer can reproduce them without coming back to ask you.
Re-testing fixes and checking that nothing else broke along the way.
Working with developers and the product team on testing, and taking part in daily stand-ups and sprint meetings.
Explaining issues clearly to the team, in simple words or in technical detail, depending on who you're talking to.
Keeping test cases and test reports documented and up to date.
Suggesting better ways to test as you learn the products.
Using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude or GitHub Copilot) to draft test cases, generate test data, and turn rough notes into clear bug reports, then reviewing and fixing what the AI gets wrong.
Testing AI features in our products, such as checking that AI-generated answers, summaries or suggestions are accurate, make sense and don't show data a user shouldn't see.
Getting hands-on with test automation as you grow into the role, with AI helping you write and fix scripts faster.
Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field (final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome).
A basic understanding of how software is built and what QA is about.
Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
When something is unclear, you ask instead of assuming.
You're curious about AI and comfortable using AI tools in your daily work.
