Sales Support Professional – Digital MyCCEP

Scope

As a professional within the MyCCEP team, you will be a pivotal part of our RTM & Smart Execution ambition. This includes facilitation of our Omni-contact strategy via B2B/Digital connections that complement our F2F, Video & Voice customer relationships. Success with this model has already been proven but acceleration in market is key

Stakeholder management & relationships at all levels is key for success in this role. Influence & collaboration across multiple functions being critical. This includes Field Sales, National Sales, Commercial Development, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Legal & PAC as well as across CCEP markets.

What to expect

As a Sales Support Professional, you will be 1 of a team of 7, collaborating to drive customer engagement with the MyCCEP platform by launching and implementing key initiatives aligned to the key brand moments and new product launches.

GB direct revenue for MyCCEP exceeded £500M in 2025. We currently have 63k Indirect customers registered to the platform across, you would play a key part in the strategy to accelerate this further both in 2026 & beyond.

You will have also have the commercial skills required to review successes & prioritise future programs accordingly. You will combine creativity with the requirements of managing & maintaining monthly testing routines (4 days per sprint/month), ensuring that new functionalities work as expected and existing functionalities continue to work as expected.

What we expect of you

A skillset that combines Commercial, Creative & Technical experience would be advantageous. A passion for performance, especially in digital marketing & sales would also be key. An organised way of working and the ability to focus on a number of projects simultaneously.

In addition you have

• Examples of Projects of various sizes & complexity managed independently & simultaneously

• The ability to take a project end to end including a commercial performance summary

• A creative mindset to adapt a plan when the circumstances require

• Strong communication skills and evidence of delivering a customer focused agenda relating to excellent customer service.
