Intern, Benefits Project Manager

As the Benefits Project Management Intern, you will support the Total Rewards team across key initiatives while applying a process-improvement lens. You will gain hands-on experience identifying inefficiencies, developing practical solutions, and helping optimize day-to-day processes. This role reports to the Benefits Communications and Project Manager. What you will accomplish: Support the Benefits Communications and Project Manager during key project milestones, including intake, kickoff, and weekly project meetings. Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify process-improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions. Assist in developing project management and optimization tools, with a focus on AI and automation. Build proficiency in web-based collaboration tools, including SharePoint, to help streamline HR project and team assets. Create standard operating procedures and other documentation that support change management and sustained adoption of best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using collaborative tools such as Box, SharePoint, or Google Workspace. Experience using and maintaining AI-driven tools. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on organization and accuracy. Enthusiasm for process improvement and proposing creative solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders across virtual meetings, email, and business chat. Graduating in 2027 or 2028 (undergraduate or graduate degree) Work schedule must align with 9-5PM, Pacific Standard Time Must permanently reside and work in the U.S. Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions Available from June 14 - August 20, 2027
