Description
You've led jury trials. You've developed winning litigation strategies. You've managed attorneys and built strong client relationships. Now you're ready to lead a litigation team and help grow a firm.
T. Madden & Associates, P.C. is seeking an accomplished, hands-on Lead Trial Attorney / Senior Litigation Attorney to drive litigation strategy, supervise legal professionals, manage complex personal injury matters, and contribute directly to the Firm's continued growth.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom and remains actively engaged in the daily practice of litigation.
The ideal candidate is a proven first-chair trial lawyer, decisive leader, effective delegator, and business-minded professional who takes ownership of results.
This is not a purely advisory or oversight position. The selected attorney will maintain direct responsibility for litigation strategy, case progression, trial preparation, team performance, and business development.
This job is for you if...
• You have the required first-chair jury verdict experience and enjoy personally leading complex personal injury cases through trial.
• You take ownership of case strategy, deadlines, preparation, outcomes, and the client experience.
• You lead attorneys and support staff with clear expectations, constructive feedback, timely follow-up, and accountability.
• You make sound, independent decisions, communicate risks early, and know when to collaborate with firm leadership.
• You build repeatable litigation processes, mentor attorneys, and address performance or workflow problems directly and respectfully.
• You are motivated to develop referral relationships, participate in networking, and contribute to measurable firm growth.
• You treat clients and colleagues with professionalism, integrity, respect, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
This job is not for you if...
• You cannot meet the required Georgia licensure, personal injury experience, or five qualifying first-chair jury verdicts.
• You want a primarily advisory or management role and do not want to remain actively involved in cases, courtroom work, and trial preparation.
• You wait for someone else to identify problems, set every priority, or follow up on your responsibilities.
• You avoid supervising, delegating, coaching, giving feedback, or addressing missed expectations.
• You are unwilling to build referral relationships or participate in business development.
• You neglect deadlines, resist established systems, withhold important case developments, or fail to follow through on commitments.
• You are unwilling to accept feedback, collaborate with firm leadership, or treat clients and teammates respectfully.
