Work Period: January 2027 to June 2027

Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with 5 days per week onsite in Needham, MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Join the SharkNinja Early Edge Experience: Built for early career talent. Geared toward impact. Driven by speed. This role: As a key member of our Advanced Development team, you’ll play a hands-on role in designing and testing early-stage prototypes for the next generation of Shark and Ninja products. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners to bring forward-thinking concepts into functional reality. From building circuits to experimenting with form factors, your contributions will directly shape what’s next in performance-driven innovation. If you’re technically curious, solution-oriented, and ready to create products that truly make a positive impact in people’s everyday lives, we want to hear from you!

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

  • Contribute to the development of innovative concepts and technologies that define the next generation of Shark and Ninja products
  • Support the design and evaluation of early-stage prototypes using ECAD tools, simulation software, and breadboard circuits
  • Assist in building test fixtures and executing verification and validation test plans to ensure technical feasibility and performance

  • Apply creativity and engineering rigor to solve real-world problems and elevate product quality
  • Participate in design reviews and technical discussions that influence product direction and development
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce production costs, and maintain our competitive edge
  • Take part in fast-paced development cycles where your input and technical contributions are valued from day one
