What this job involves:

As a Workplace Experience Ambassador, you serve as the professional face of our organization, delivering exceptional hospitality, reception, and administrative support to ensure a seamless workplace environment every day. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees, and this role puts you at the center of that experience, blending polished hospitality with sharp administrative precision. You'll partner closely with security, facilities, and leadership teams, proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues before they become problems. • Execute end-to-end badge and access management, including daily audits, landlord access cards, and liaising with Security on access changes
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, troubleshoot facility and alarm issues, and create work orders for custodial, maintenance, or safety concerns
  • Provide administrative support to geographically dispersed teams and executive leadership, including calendar management across global time zones
  • Manage expense reports, corporate card reconciliation, and travel arrangements, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and documents
  • Proactively anticipate workplace needs, identify solutions, and escalate potential risks appropriately
  • Coordinate across teams for meetings, events, and backfill coverage, taking on ad hoc assignments as needed.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of reception, hospitality, or administrative support experience
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional, business-savvy presence
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours when required, with a self-motivated, proactive approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate or corporate facilities environments
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field
  • Experience supporting executive-level personnel
  • Comfort working collaboratively across diverse, global teams; what sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe
