Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data, generate reports, and support business operations through accurate and timely information. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, maintaining databases, analyzing business data, and supporting management in decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from different departments.
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Create dashboards, trackers, and reports using MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Monitor business performance metrics and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and validation.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
- Maintain proper documentation and historical records.
- Support process improvement through data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Google Sheets is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management roles.
- Freshers with strong Excel knowledge can also apply.
