Description

LindenGrove Waukesha, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Registered Nurse RN. We offer assisted living, memory support, advanced assisted living, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our beautiful campus is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Waukesha Memorial Hospital and adjacent to Waukesha North High School.

Position Details

We have a full-time NOC position. This position may include 8-hour shifts, including a weekend rotation.

Hours: 

NOC - 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM 

Pay

$39.79 to $44.80 an hour, based on experience. Higher pay may be considered depending on qualifications and experience. 

About the Role 

The Registered Nurse will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.

Essential Job Functions

• Assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates resident care, including medications, treatments, documentation, and changes in condition.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff while coordinating and delegating care in compliance with regulations, safety, and infection prevention standards.
• Supervises nursing staff and manages staffing, assignments, supplies, and resources.
• Supports quality improvement through incident investigations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin in good standing.
• Active CPR
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
