About Somnio
Somnio is a software company born in Uruguay, recognized by Google as one of the top 10 Flutter companies in the world, and now on its way to becoming AI-first. We work remotely from different countries across Latin America, driven by one belief: dream big and build as a team.
About the role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead software projects for our clients. You’ll be the link between the client and the development team, making sure each project is delivered on time, within scope and with the quality we promise.
What you’ll do
Plan and run projects from kickoff to delivery: scope, timeline, budget and risks.
Be the main point of contact for the client, and keep them up to date.
Lead agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews and retros) with the team.
Track progress, spot risks early and propose how to handle them.
Manage changes in scope and expectations with the client.
Work with the Technical Leader to balance priorities, quality and deadlines.
Use AI tools to plan, report and communicate more efficiently.
