The Role:
We’re looking for a visionary and commercially-minded Founding Director of Marketing to help bring Broad Republic to life and shape the future of our brand. This is an exciting opportunity to build and execute a marketing strategy from the ground up, driving brand awareness, customer connection, and meaningful business growth. Blending brand storytelling with performance-driven marketing, you’ll turn big ideas into impactful campaigns, compelling content, and strategies that deliver results. You will define how Broad Republic shows up in the market, connecting with our audience through innovative campaigns, partnerships, creators, and integrated marketing initiatives. As a strategic and hands-on leader, you’ll leverage data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover opportunities and accelerate growth. Working cross-functionally, you’ll bring the brand vision to life while building the marketing capabilities and partnerships needed for long-term success.
