This Technician III HRIS position in Denver will be filled through reinstatement.

About the Position
This position provides technical human resources assistance by utilizing judgement, technical HR business process knowledge and computer skills through the application of personnel rules, policies and procedures to support the HR Specialist. This position is responsible for the entry, validation, and accuracy of all person and position master data within the SAP and the State’s HR System and the electronic filing systems. The position is responsible for understanding and applying the Personnel Rules and Procedures, CDOT Guidelines, Procedures, Policies and Directives to ensure integrity and provide excellent customer service.

Work Environment

  • Schedule will primarily be 8:00 am – 5:00 pm work hours, Monday-Friday, but we are flexible to meet work/life balance needs while ensuring CDOT business needs are met.
  • Will likely work a hybrid schedule with a combination of in-office and remote work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience Only:

  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position


OR


Education and Experience:

  • A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to three (3) years
