As a Cleared Security Officer Front Desk in Longmont, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Security Professional at a leading aerospace and defense location. You will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide a professional front-desk presence and customer service for personnel, visitors, contractors, and guests at an aerospace and defense location.
• Follow site-specific access-control procedures by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, issuing temporary access materials, and directing guests in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor entry activity and security-related systems from the front desk, identify unusual activity, and report concerns through appropriate channels.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate logs, complete required reports, and communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership, site personnel, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
