Salary & Compensation
€1,400 gross salary per month
Productivity bonus up to €250 gross per month, based on target achievement
Relocation Support

About the Project
You will join an international customer support project representing the UK & Europe division of Breville Group Limited, a globally recognized Australian brand producing high-quality home appliances, best known for its premium coffee machines and coffee grinders.
Customer Experts provide after-sales customer care and basic technical support for Breville products, assisting customers mainly from the UK and Ireland, as well as French-speaking markets across Europe.
All customer interactions are handled via phone, email, and chat, using Salesforce as the main support tool.
Your Responsibilities
Provide Customer Care and Technical Support via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat
Handle after-sales inquiries and basic troubleshooting for coffee machines and grinders
Support customers with common scenarios such as:
Coffee machine or grinder not functioning properly
Delivery-related issues
Refund requests and order inquiries
Ensure high-quality customer experience and accurate case documentation
Work towards productivity and quality targets
Candidate Profile
Experience:
No previous experience required
Customer service experience is considered a plus
Languages:
French: German (C1 or native level)
English: Good working level (minimum B2)
Arabic speakers: Knowledge of the Gulf region/market is an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
