Lithia & Driveway | Corporate Development Senior Analyst

At Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD) our success is fueled by our high performing teams delivering Auto Done Easy for our customers. We create simple, transparent, and convenient customer experiences throughout the vehicle-ownership lifecycle by leveraging our hundreds of store locations and our key adjacencies - Driveway, DFC, and GreenCars. We've built a retail model that champions entrepreneurial leadership, Growth Powered by People, and a strategy that creates possibilities and pushes us to reach our potential.

Our Corporate Development team plays a key role in the company’s growth strategy, evaluating acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and other strategic opportunities.

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll work across finance, strategy, and operations to build valuation models, evaluate potential transactions, support due diligence, and provide insights that help guide business decisions. This is a great opportunity to build on your financial analysis or accounting experience while gaining hands-on exposure to M&A, valuation, and strategic decision-making.
