- Provide individual and group counseling to support students' social, emotional, and academic needs.
- Develop and implement programs that promote student well-being, confidence, and personal growth.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a nurturing and supportive school environment.
- Assist students with goal-setting and strategic planning for academic and personal success.
- Serve as an advocate for students, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a school counselor, preferably with middle school students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and inspire them.
