About your team

Wholesale Client Services team primarily supports the retail channel. We manage the distribution and logistics of prospectuses and other materials, and respond to a wide range of inquiries from clients, including mutual fund distributors. Building strong, trust-based relationships with our distribution partners is key to driving business success.

 

About your role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø  Conduct advertising reviews and validation of data and content for materials, data, and client-facing documents intended for end investors within the Wholesale business.

Ø  Perform secondary reviews of approximately 90 client submissions per month to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ø  Verify and validate data, commentary, and other information contained in client-facing materials.

Ø  Identify potential compliance, regulatory, or factual issues and provide appropriate feedback to relevant stakeholders.

Ø  Develop, implement, and continuously enhance advertising review and approval processes.

Ø  Actively contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives, working collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance efficiency, quality, and controls.

Ø  Provide Japanese-to-English and English-to-Japanese translation, as well as review and quality assurance of translated content, to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Ø  Maintain accurate records and documentation of reviews and approvals.

Ø  Partner with Business, Legal & Compliance, and Product Marketing teams to support effective governance and risk management.

 

About you

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

l   Proen experience in advertising review within the financial services industry.

l   Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately analyze and validate complex and high-volume data.

l   Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

l   Advanced Japanese language proficiency, with the ability to thoroughly review and assess client-facing materials.

l   Translation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial and regulatory content accurately and naturally for the intended audience.

l   Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver within established deadlines.

l   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

l   Experience working for an asset management company or other financial institution.

l   Knowledge of advertising regulations and applicable laws related to investment products and financial services.

l   Experience establishing, enhancing, or managing advertising review frameworks and governance processes.
