JOB TITLE: Feed Mill CDL Driver PCRT - (2nd shift)

Position: 10162500

PAY:Piece Rate: Pays per ton/mileage; gross pay will be determined by the driver's production.

HOURS: Approximate start times vary; 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. until approx. 2:00 a.m. or until finished; start time and end times will vary daily.

DAY OF THE WEEK: Monday thru Friday, this will depend on the production schedule. Holidays And Weekends will be required occasionally.

JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for the operation of a commercial vehicle and hauling feed to contract grower farms to feed live birds while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The primary job responsibility for this position involves picking up feed from the Feed Mill and delivering feed to area farms via tractor-trailer feed truck, as well as completing all job duties as assigned by management, may have to cover at other facilities within NWA Live, (hatchery, live haul, etc.), typically your work schedule on average will be a 10-hour shift depending on the work load.

Applicant selected must be physically able to repetitively climb in and out of the truck, general climbing, lifting, pushing and or pulling (as needed).

This position will require the ability and willingness to perform a proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections, you will need to have legible handwriting to properly complete routine paperwork associated with the job. Must be willing and able to complete all tasks assigned by management. Possible Cross-Training to cover at other NWA Live facilities.
