We are currently seeking a sales motivated and customer-oriented Shift Supervisor to join our Wellington Airport team on a full time basis!

Some of the key responsibilities include:
The role of the Shift Supervisor is responsible for staff training and development and overall profitability of a high volume airport including:
Service based sales management
Staff training, development, coaching and corrective action
Sales and financial reporting
Staff performance management and team building to achieve sales & service objectives
Maximise incremental sales through effective training and staff development
Work closely with management and department leaders
To be considered, you should possess:
Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail
Car rental experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
Confident using computer systems and technology
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
Valid New Zealand driver's license with a clean driving record
Full working rights in New Zealand (current and ongoing)
A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude!
