KEY FUNCTIONS
- To sell vehicles and automotive materials, accessories, and products to customers.
- To achieve the sales target set by the Sales Manager.
- To prepare estimates and quotations in a timely manner.
- To ensure prompt delivery of service to all customers.
- To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints.
- To perform any other related duties as directed.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Five (5) CXC Certificates inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
- Two (2) years’ work experience in the Sales Industry.
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
