Spare Parts Coordinator – Help Keep Global Deliveries Moving 

Would you like to work in order handling and customer service with a proactive and solution-oriented approach? Our team is looking for a new Spare Parts Coordinator! Tampere Supply Center is a team of around 100 professionals serving global deliveries of Automation Products.  

Your responsibilities 

• Manage spare parts orders and ensure accurate order handling throughout the delivery process. 

• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively resolve potential delays. 

• Collaborate with production, purchasing and shipping teams to support on-time deliveries. 

• Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on order and delivery status. 

• Contribute to the continuous development of global spare parts delivery processes. 

Expectations for you 

• Degree in engineering, business administration or a related field. 

• Good MS Office skills and comfort with digital systems. 

• Experience in order handling, supply chain operations or ERP systems is an advantage. 

• Experience in Salesforce is considered an asset. 

• Advanced English and Finnish language skills, written and spoken. 

• Ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
