We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team and help us find great talent across Poland and international markets. If you enjoy talking to people, juggling multiple processes, and want to grow into an independent recruiter role, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Post job advertisements.
- Review resumes and select the best-matched candidates.
- Communicate with candidates by phone and email.
- Conduct initial recruitment interviews in both Polish and English.
- Schedule and coordinate the next stages of the recruitment process.
- Support recruitment processes in Poland and internationally.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Update recruitment statuses and maintain accurate, well-organized documentation.
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Support the team with ongoing HR and administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
- Very good command of English — confident communicator, verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead natural, focused, professional conversations.
- Confidence in asking questions and drawing your own conclusions.
- A responsible, well-organized, and reliable approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and recruitment processes simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow within recruitment and HR.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, international environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in international recruitment.
- Experience communicating with candidates from different countries.
- Experience recruiting for office-based, sales, operational, or e-commerce positions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or other recruitment tools.
- A degree or background in HR, psychology, management, administration, or a related field.
