Define architecture standards and patterns across compute, network, and storage domains, ensuring alignment with security and compliance requirements while supporting business and operational needs.

Summary:
As an Infrastructure Architect, a typical day involves designing and overseeing comprehensive data center infrastructure that spans compute, storage, and networking components. The role requires ensuring that the architecture supports scalability, security, and cost efficiency, particularly in environments enhanced by artificial intelligence technologies. This position involves establishing and maintaining architecture standards and patterns that align with organizational security policies and compliance mandates, while also addressing the evolving needs of business operations and technology teams. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of infrastructure solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure designs meet business objectives and technical requirements.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Document architecture designs and decisions to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience in designing scalable and secure infrastructure architectures that integrate compute, storage, and networking components.
- Strong understanding of data center operations and best practices for infrastructure governance.
- Ability to define and enforce architecture standards and patterns aligned with security and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled environments and their infrastructure demands.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to provide innovative solutions in complex technical scenarios.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
