Front Arena / Market Making Specialist - AMAS 100% (f/m/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner, immediate start for 12 months, possible extension)

As a Front Arena / Market Making Specialist you will be focusing on the AMAS – PRIME interaction in order to support Market making/quoting.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust functionalities integrated across trading and back-office ecosystems

• Ensure end-to-end ownership of critical services, guaranteeing high availability and minimal production downtime

• Lead integration efforts between Front Arena and upstream/downstream systems

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents efficiently

• Conduct thorough reviews to uphold quality, security, and alignment with architectural standards

• Identify and implement system improvements to boost performance, scalability, and operational resilience

• Contribute to change and release management processes within an agile (SAFe) delivery framework

• Uphold ethical conduct, risk discipline, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or a related discipline

• 5+ years of hands-on development with AMAS, AFG, AIMS and AMAS interaction with PRIME

• Solid understanding of capital markets, particularly structured products and equity derivatives

• Good knowledge of Market making using AMAS and PRIME

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders

• Comfortable working under pressure, with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise dynamically

• Customer-focused mindset with empathy, adaptability, and a hands-on, solution-driven attitude

• Very strong communication and planning skills

• Very good English language skills (written and verbal)

• Strong team player with funded experience on leading teams

• Customer oriented with focus to support an organisation in developing and providing solutions

• Very high level on self-motivation to drive initiatives and initiating changes

• Willingness to bring in new ideas and initiate changes
