Description
Organizational Change Manager
The Organizational Change Manager shall provide end-to-end change management support for Finance upskilling initiatives, including communication, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, reporting, and governance activities. The scope of services includes:
The preparation, development, and maintenance of internal communications by managing the Champions Teams channel and/or SharePoint page, ensuring that all communication is accurate, relevant, and timely. This also includes creating communication materials such as written content, visuals, links, and supporting references, as well as designing reusable communication templates for emails, Teams posts, announcements, and Champions-related communications.
The creation, editing, and enhancement of videos using Canva and other approved tools, including the development of concise video scripts with appropriate tone of voice, clear messaging, and a single key concept for each video.
The planning, preparation, coordination, and facilitation of bi-monthly Champions meetings, including the development of presentation decks, agenda management, coordination with guest speakers, preparation of supporting materials, alignment with Finance stakeholders on priorities and updates, and facilitation of meetings, including participant engagement and question-and-answer sessions.
The administration and maintenance of the Finance D&AI SharePoint portal, including the publication and update of documents, presentations, recordings, and learning materials while ensuring an organized structure and easy access to upskilling resources.
The preparation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, participant lists, and data visualizations using Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools. This includes collecting, validating, consolidating, and providing data from multiple sources, preparing charts, graphs, KPI summaries, and analyzing agreed metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights against defined objectives.
The design and development of Finance upskilling programs and learning solutions, including creating training plans based on ADDIE methodology principles, designing structured learning paths and SuccessFactors learning offerings, developing knowledge assessments, quizzes, and evaluations aligned with Kirkpatrick evaluation principles, and creating surveys to assess learning needs, participant satisfaction, and continuous improvement opportunities.
The planning and execution of engagement and change management activities, including the development of engagement roadmaps, communication strategies, readiness assessments, stakeholder discussions, and preparation of the Upskilling Level 2 implementation roadmap covering communications, engagement, training, Champions network activities, and stakeholder management.
The identification, engagement, and ongoing management of key stakeholders across Finance and supporting functions, including organizing and facilitating alignment meetings, managing escalations, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies, and monitoring overall organizational readiness for change.
The establishment, coordination, and continuous management of the Finance Champions community, including recruiting, onboarding, engaging, supporting Champions, collecting feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring effective communication between Champions and project stakeholders.
The coordination of trainers, subject matter experts, speakers, Microsoft, Avanade, CreativeMinds, and other external learning providers, including reviewing internal and external learning content to ensure quality, relevance, and alignment with project objectives.
The monitoring and tracking of actions, deadlines, commitments, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across workstreams, as well as supporting the planning and coordination of learning-related resources, tools, and budgets where applicable.
