Core Responsibilities

• Administration and support of the enterprise Citrix environment
• Citrix server patching and lifecycle management
• Incident, problem and escalation management
• Root Cause Analysis for complex Citrix issues
• Management of Citrix-related MDP and MyDesk services
• Resolution of issues escalated from EUS and other support teams
• Performance optimisation and platform stability
• Technical documentation and operational improvements
• Participation in change implementation and maintenance activitie

Technical Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years Citrix administration experience
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• StoreFront
• Director
• Delivery Controllers
• Machine Catalogues
• Delivery Groups
• MCS
• Citrix Policies
• Windows Server administration
• Active Directory
• Group Policy
• PowerShell
• Patching and vulnerability remediation
• Troubleshooting enterprise Citrix environments
