Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000–$75,000+ (depending on experience)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) match.
• Work Arrangement: Onsite, with a team-oriented and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of medium to large accounts, with occasional involvement in smaller accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilize EPIC software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
• Contribute to the team’s success by participating in internal growth initiatives and professional development programs.
• Support the team in achieving departmental goals and maintaining a high standard of performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience (required).
  • 2–5 years of experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
