What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the ultimate orchestrator of our marketing campaign lifecycle, directly influencing how we deploy global programs and scale our operations. You will have the unique opportunity to bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical execution, leading high-impact sprint cycles and implementing process innovations that directly drive pipeline telemetry and marketing velocity.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Spearhead high-volume marketing campaign sprint execution, ensuring swift throughput from submission to deployment.

• Partner cross-functional with diverse marketing stakeholders to streamline intake processes and align technical requirements.

• Champion the team operating model, identifying process bottlenecks to continuously improve capacity and delivery velocity.

• Ensure campaign precision by leveraging tracking schemas and analytics tools to verify data accuracy and pipeline telemetry.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or technical Program Management.

• Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and CRM tools like Salesforce.

• Strong experience managing structured agile sprints or high-volume creative/operational pipelines.

• Ability to leverage business intelligence platforms like Domo to track data health and delivery performance.

Bonus Points For:

• Hands-on experience with project management software like Wrike or asset builders like Knak.

• Advanced analytical skills in translating marketing pipeline telemetry into actionable operational insights.
