As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at ICON, you will be responsible for developing and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance our recruitment efforts.
What You Will Do:
You will lead on talent acquisition and recruitment tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilizing data-driven approaches to evaluate recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement in the hiring process.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources to enhance our talent pipeline.
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Your Profile:
You will have a strong foundation in talent acquisition and recruitment, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline
- Proven end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry, with hands-on experience supporting Functional Service Provider (FSP) clients and/or working in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for clinical research and life sciences roles, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering against hiring timelines and recruitment KPIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build effective partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and client stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Avature), sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics, with the ability to leverage market insights and data to drive hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and talent attraction skills, with a willingness to work in a hybrid model and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing recruitment team.
