With elegant lines and sweeping ocean views, our spectacular yacht is home to 95 expansive suites and guest rooms, alongside a world-class choice of dining, wellness, and entertainment. It delivers numerous industry firsts to the yacht category — including the largest accommodations in the class, virtually endless ways to connect and configure suites, and Four Seasons unparalleled hospitality extended across the world’s oceans for the very first time. 679 ft in length // 34,000 Gross Tonnage// 95 Suites // 1:1 Guest/Staff Ratio

Each of the yacht’s 95 suites offers panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows and access to expansive private terraces.

About the role:

The  Assistant Yacht Director is a key leadership role responsible for  delivering exceptional guest experiences through the oversight of  Marina, Water Sports, and Kids For All Seasons programs. This position  ensures safe and efficient Marina operations, develops engaging  children's programs, and provides essential support to the Yacht  Entertainment Director, all while maintaining the highest Four Seasons  standards.

What you bring

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in luxury hospitality or cruise line entertainment management.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing entertainment teams with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Exceptional hosting and interpersonal skills, coupled with a confident and charismatic stage presence, capable of engaging upscale and demanding clientele.

  • Strong understanding of entertainment and enrichment programs, including technical requirements, with the ability to create and execute engaging onboard activities.

  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, enabling effective interaction with guests, ship personnel, and shore-side teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing circumstances, including schedule adjustments and operational needs.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with additional fluency in Spanish, German, or French highly valued.

Schedule & Hours:


• Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.  Must be able to work for 4 months on schedule.
