We are searching for the best talent for Deploy Exp. Analyst - Make CMMS.

Purpose: The Experienced Analyst – Make CMMS provides advanced functional execution and subject-matter expertise to support the deployment of Asset Management and Maintenance capabilities within the Transcend SAP S/4HANA program. The role independently drives complex CMMS activities across solution confirmation, testing, deployment, and hyper care while ensuring compliance, alignment to the global template, and adherence to SAP Clean Core principles. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Perform functional analysis related to Asset Register structures, maintenance execution, calibration processes, operations scheduling, and reliability processes. 
  • Independently support CMMS master data governance, MDG processes, and integration scenarios with maintenance partners and related systems. 
  • Provide functional expertise for reliability methodologies and capital project enablement within SAP standard processes. 
  • Independently execute complex functional activities across solution confirmation, testing, deployment, and hyper care phases. 
  • Share functional knowledge with team members and contribute to consistent documentation quality and execution standards. 
  • Proactively identify functional risks, gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, escalating as needed to support deployment readiness. 
  • Support Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities within the CMMS domain. 
  • Support defect triage, root cause analysis, resolution, and retesting activities. 
  • Provide experienced functional support during deployment and hyper care periods to stabilize operations and resolve issues. 
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of the global template and deployment approach. 

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Science field is required.
  • A Master’s Degree is strongly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on functional expertise in Asset Management, Maintenance, CMMS, or related processes within a regulated (GxP) environment is required.
  • Experience supporting complex ERP or SAP S/4HANA deployments, and CMMS applications, such as MAXIMO, preferably in a global template environment is required.
  • Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience is preferred.
  • Prior involvement in global ERP transformations is preferred.
