Our facility provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a supportive, resident-centered environment. You’ll work alongside an experienced rehab team dedicated to helping residents regain function, independence, and confidence.

🏥 Your Responsibilities
Assist Occupational Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans
Help residents improve functional independence and quality of life
Accurately document progress and outcomes
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Promote a positive, encouraging therapy experience
✅ What We’re Looking For
Active California COTA license
Positive attitude and passion for helping others
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred (but not required)
