Location: Cape Town
Salary: R12,500 per month + Commission
Work Type: In-office
Working Hours: Rotational shifts between 08:00 – 17:00 and 11:00 – 20:00

Our client is a well-established telecommunications provider expanding their sales team due to exciting new product offerings. They are looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Agents to join their growing Cape Town team.

About the Role

The Sales Agent will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote products and services, identify customer needs, and drive sales performance. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven contact centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products and services telephonically
• Meet sales targets and KPIs
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Handle objections and close sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and offerings

Requirements

• Matric (essential)
• 1–2 years’ contact centre sales experience
• Telecommunications experience advantageous
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems
