Job Summary:The Old Faithful Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing daily warehouse and delivery operations within the Old Faithful area. This role ensures inventory accuracy and maintains high standards of safety, sanitation, and service.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: Early December 2026 - Mid march 2027Pay: $1,940.00/bi-weeklySchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage warehouse operations to support operating departments with accurate, timely product distribution.
- Ensure all warehouse activities align with the mission of Legendary Hospitality with a Softer Footprint, including sustainable practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal partners to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong internal customer satisfaction.
- Manage, coach, and develop warehouse employees to achieve high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Prepare and manage employee work schedules to meet operational demands.
- Oversee receiving, inspection, and documentation of all incoming shipments, verifying quantity, quality, and expiration dates.
- Utilize the CloudSuite inventory system to accurately record, track, and manage inventory transactions.
- Ensure all requisitions are filled, staged, and delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain perpetual inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, monthly physical inventories, and timely adjustments.
- Establish and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, including proper bin system management.
- Ensure compliance with ServSafe and Health Inspection guidelines, including strict FIFO inventory practices.
- Inspect, maintain, and safely operate warehouse and delivery equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and dock areas.
- Enforce professional conduct, appearance, uniform standards, and all company policies and procedures.
- Communicate operational challenges or risks promptly to Parkwide Purchasing and Warehousing leadership.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience with demonstrated operational knowledge.
- Strong people-management and leadership skills.
- Customer-service mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes and basic accounting procedures.
- Experience using computer-based inventory management systems (CloudSuite preferred).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):
- Experience in hospitality, resort, or large seasonal operations.
- Experience managing warehouse operations across multiple departments or locations.
Physical Requirements include:
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to bend, lift, walk, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures.
- Must be able to work at elevations of more than 7700 feet.
