Description
We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join the Volume Accounts Receivable team in Vilnius.
The position focuses on executing accounts receivable activities, including payment allocation, inquiry management, reporting, and process optimization, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and service standards.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you’ll execute key accounts receivable activities, manage customer payments and invoices, and contribute to maintaining high-quality financial processes and service standards.
- Develop efficient and accurate payment processing and allocation practices across accounts receivable operations.
- Create reports, documentation, and reconciliations to support financial closing and audit requirements.
- Consult customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries effectively.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize AR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
What will help you thrive in this role:
The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably 1+ years.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF functions.
- Ability to manage high volumes of transactions, perform complex reconciliations, and deliver accurate results.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
- A degree in accounting or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Experience working with SAP ERP and participation in transitions is considered an advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position – EUR 2,120–2,650 gross + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
