This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

A Day in the Life:

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  Provide general administrative support and maintain proper documentation for retail team.  

  Coordinate parcel deliveries and handle repair requests for retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau.  

  Assist in updating Store Operation Procedures (SOPs) Manual.  

  Support the retail team in preparing sales events and executing store-related projects.  

  Carry out ad hoc tasks and assignments as required. 

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED 

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in relevant disciplines 

• Has interest in retail/wholesale/travel retail field in the luxury fashion retail sector 

• Good organizational skills and time management 

• Proactive, presentable, self-motivated, team player and problem solver 

• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines 

• Good command in English & Chinese, Knowledge of other Asia languages is a plus
