For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical acumen in enterprise software projects, SaaS, software development or integration, custom solutions, and technical documentation
- Comfortable designing, troubleshooting, and working with APIs, Webhooks, ETL processes, relational databases, and web development technologies
- Selling & scoping experience — exposure to pre-sales and selling motions, including requirement gathering, product qualification, project scoping, SOW execution, negotiation, and deal closing
- Customer-facing experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, business process analysis, or technical sales engineering (preferably in a SaaS environment)
- Cross-functional awareness — ability to collaborate internally across Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services
- Fluency in French (at least a B2 level)
- Availability for remote work based in Portugal (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
