Drive strategic sales execution: Translate business priorities and marketing strategies into clear sales objectives, field execution plans, resource allocation, coaching priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Bridge marketing strategy and field reality: Work seamlessly with Marketing to capture customer insights, competitor intelligence, market access changes, and district-level opportunities—ensuring strategy is grounded in real market dynamics.
Turn strategy into disciplined execution: Mobilize district managers and sales representatives to execute with focus, speed, and consistency, while continuously monitoring performance and adjusting tactics based on data and feedback.
Build strong commercial partnerships: Act as a trusted strategic partner to Marketing, Medical, Market Access & External Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and other key functions to ensure aligned decisions and integrated customer engagement.
Strengthen sales capabilities for the future: Upgrade field coaching, account planning, targeting, customer engagement excellence, and performance management routines to build a best-in-class sales organization.
Drive business performance and accountability: Own sales execution excellence and business delivery, using market data, KPIs, and leading indicators to identify risks, unlock opportunities, and drive proactive action.
Engage and influence senior leaders: Provide clear business updates, strategic recommendations, and execution insights to senior leadership, connecting field realities with enterprise opportunities and risks.
Champion integrity and compliance: Ensure all sales activities uphold the highest standards of compliance, governance, ethical conduct, and company policies.
Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, preferably in oncology, with strong sales leadership experience and demonstrated success managing multi-district or large field teams.
