Description
Make a meaningful difference with us
We’re looking for someone who wants to make the world a little better through small moments that leave big impacts. To build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others.
This isn't a business-as-usual change role. We're seeking an experienced Change & Project Manager to join one of the most significant workforce programs currently underway at UnitingCare. Working within our People & Culture team.
As a senior member of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving organisation-wide change that will directly support our people, leaders and future workforce capability. You'll partner with our Senior Leadership Team across the organisation, influence strategic decision-making, and help shape how change is delivered in one of Queensland's largest and most respected not-for-profit organisations.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned change professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys working at pace and wants to deliver meaningful outcomes that will have a lasting impact long after the project is complete.
Please note this is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 6 months. Flexibility is important to us, and we know it is to you, too - this role supports hybrid working by agreement.
Your part in our UnitingCare team:
Developing and delivering end-to-end change management strategies and plans.
Conducting change impact and readiness assessments to support successful implementation.
Partnering with executives, leaders and key stakeholders to drive engagement, understanding and adoption.
Designing communication and engagement strategies that build trust and confidence throughout the change journey.
Developing learning and capability initiatives that support leaders and teams through change.
Providing insights, reporting and recommendations to program leadership to maximise project success.
What makes a difference for us?
Formal change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, APMG or equivalent.
Proven experience leading change across large-scale transformation or complex organisational programs.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
Strong communication and facilitation capability, with experience delivering workshops, training and change interventions.
The ability to quickly understand complex environments, build credibility and deliver outcomes. (Hiring-focused enhancement based on the contract nature of the role.)
Highly regarded
Experience supporting workforce, payroll, enterprise agreement, industrial relations or compliance-related programs.
Experience within health, community services, aged care or not-for-profit organisations.
Qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
What makes a difference for you?
