To support our Studio team in Milan, we are looking for a motivated Studio Logistics Manager @NET-A-PORTER @MRPORTER

Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
Lead and manage the day-to-day logistics operations within our ecommerce studio.
Coordinate all pre-shoot logistics and brands communications.
Manage, mentor, and develop the logistics team, ensuring high performance and efficient workflows.
Implement and continuously improve logistics processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity while reducing errors.
Collaborate closely with production, styling, creative, and Brand teams to ensure seamless execution of shoots and timely delivery of assets.
Coordinate with external brand partners to ensure products are delivered, processed, and returned accurately and on time.
Monitor workflow priorities, resolve operational issues proactively, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Maintain accurate records and reporting of inventory movements, production status, and logistics performance.
The type of person we are looking for:
Previous experience in a manager role and proven experience in logistics, operations, preferably within an e-commerce, fashion, retail, or studio environment.
Previous experience managing and developing a team.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office, particularly

Starting annual gross base salary: €45.000. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process.
