About the Role:
Responsible for working as part of a team that supports the delivery of technology services to the organization and ensuring an appropriate level of service is delivered
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing
systems. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues.
- Accurately log, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2/3 support teams.
- Support Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist users with account access, password resets, MFA, and identity management.
- Support collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and VPN solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Up to 2+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to process adherence.
- Team-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Salary range: $45,000-$63,400
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
