An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, commercially driven Head of Sales to lead the next stage of growth for STEDI.
A leader in automotive parts and accessories, STEDI is the fastest-growing auxiliary lighting brand in the market. Based at our modern Truganina headquarters, you’ll lead the development and delivery of sales strategies across local and global markets.
The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, commercially savvy Head of Sales to lead growth across our automotive and 4WD lighting solutions range. From everyday driving to off-road adventures, you’ll help put quality lighting products where they belong, out in the market and performing when it matters
Your key responsibilities include:
Develop strategic sales plans that support business objectives and market growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover opportunities.
Build and grow reseller, wholesale, key account, and OE sales channels.
Lead sales reporting, KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics to drive sales and margin growth.
Develop strong customer value propositions and programs for each sales channel.
Build lasting relationships with wholesale and retail partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales and support team.
Deliver sales targets in line with channel budgets.
About You
You’re a strategic and energetic sales leader with a passion for growth, strong customer relationships, and getting results. You can comfortably move between big-picture planning and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
To succeed, you’ll bring:
Experience in wholesale, key account, and channel sales planning and execution.
A proven record of delivering revenue growth across consumer and commercial markets.
Strong leadership experience, with the ability to build and inspire capable teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
An analytical mindset and confidence using data to guide decisions.
Enterprise-level experience and industry contacts that can support new business development.
A collaborative, positive, and customer-focused approach.
