Commercial Sales Manager

Job Overview:

A leading telecommunications technology company is looking for a results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities in the telecom sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, building strong relationships with telecom operators and enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong commercial acumen, client relationship management, and a solid understanding of telecom products and solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, enterprise customers, and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
• Deliver product presentations, conduct client meetings, and provide commercial solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation in coordination with technical teams.
• Support tender submissions and ensure timely completion of bid documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in telecom sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience working with telecom operators, ISPs, or telecom vendors will be preferred.
• Good understanding of fiber broadband (FTTH), OLT/ONT, transmission solutions, and enterprise telecom products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts effectively.
