Physical Therapist – Outpatient Center Manager Location: Tampa, Fl 33624Schedule: Full Time | Monday–FridayCompensation: Starting at $85,000+ per year (based on experience)Incentives: $20,000 sign-on bonus + $350/month student loan support
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time Center Manager or Center Manager in Training role in Tampa, FL. This is a great opportunity for PTs with 1+ year of outpatient orthopedic experience who are ready to take the next step into leadership.
You’ll treat a diverse patient population along with 3 clinicians while learning to manage clinic operations, mentor staff, and drive clinical excellence. Promotion to Center Manager is possible within 12–18 months, based on performance and readiness.

Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
