Job Summary:The Operations team has authority and responsibility to direct all phases of daily operation at the location level. While providing this direction, the Location Managers and Assistant Location Managers will fully support, monitor, and control all programs instituted by the individual departments.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: December 2026 - March 2027Pay: $2,488 - $2,816 bi-weekly (salary will depend on location and position) Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Lead daily location operations by ensuring exceptional guest service, product quality, and adherence to Legendary Hospitality standards across all departments.
- Develop, coach, and support department managers and supervisors to achieve operational, financial, and guest service goals while fostering employee engagement and accountability.
- Oversee operational excellence and compliance by enforcing company policies, procedures, core values, safety standards, and ensuring timely resolution of operational deficiencies and regulatory findings.
- Drive financial performance by maximizing revenue, managing departmental expenses, monitoring payroll and labor costs, reviewing forecasts, and optimizing staffing to meet budget goals.
- Champion guest and employee experience by resolving guest concerns, supporting employee relations, collaborating with Human Resources and Housing teams, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Manage communication and operational coordination by leading regular management meetings, maintaining accurate operational logs, ensuring consistent execution of procedures (including lost and found), and serving as an on-call leader when needed.
- Support employee housing and performance management by overseeing Category I housing operations and contributing to or conducting manager performance evaluations and leadership development.
- Provide flexible operational leadership by assisting across departments, filling critical leadership gaps as needed, and performing additional duties to support overall business success.
Qualifications
Required:
- Business Management or Hospitality Degree or 1-3 years equivalent experience for Assistant Location Manager and 3-5 years equivalent experience for Location Manager.
- Proven leadership, team-building skills, and ability to lead diverse teams.
- Ability to work within a fast paced and quickly changing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- This position will be expected to work a variety of hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights (graveyard shifts are possible), weekends, and holidays as necessary. This position may be required to fill in for other management positions on property as needed.
- This position will be required to be “on call” for evening and nighttime coverage of their property. During these times, Location Management will be required to respond to all guest concerns, and in the absence of on-call HR/Housing Management, respond to any employee issues in Company housing.
Preferred:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of company structure and policies helpful.
- Experience with revenue and labor management tools and software.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to lift items up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to walk and/or stand a minimum of 30 minutes at a time.
- Must be able to kneel or lay flat on the ground to inspect beneath beds, kitchen lines, and beneath furniture.
- Must be able to climb stairs.
- Must be able to walk on uneven terrain, including icy and snow-covered areas.
- Must be able to remain seated for periods of 30-120 minutes or longer.
