This role will own the numbers and the narrative for the CCOHO Office. A finance-led, CPA-calibre role accountable for all ExCo reporting, budgeting and project financing across Customer Operations & Health — and for turning that into clear, executive-ready decisions. You will also help shape and negotiate partnership deals, and use AI to do it faster and sharper.Job Responsibilities:
- ExCo & Board reporting — Own the full cycle of ExCo, Board and senior-management reporting: performance packs, financial updates, KPIs and decision papers — concise, evidence-based and defensible.
- Budgeting & project financing — Run end-to-end budgeting, forecasting and cost management for the function, including business cases, project financing and investment tracking for transformation and AI initiatives.
- Partnership & commercial deals — Support, follow up and negotiate partnership / vendor deals — commercials, terms and value cases — alongside the Director and function leads.
- Stakeholder management — Be the finance-and-reporting partner to the CCOHO Office and cross-functional teams (Operations, Health, Claims, Finance, Distribution); keep the operating rhythm on track.
- AI-enabled finance & reporting — Use generative-AI and modern reporting tools to automate reporting, sharpen analysis and produce polished, visually compelling ExCo materials — lifting both quality and speed.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified accountant — CPA / ACCA / CA or equivalent — with a strong finance / FP&A / business-partnering background.
- 5+ years in finance, business planning or performance management; insurance or financial services strongly preferred.
- Proven track record supporting ExCo / Board-level financial reporting and decision materials.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, business-case and project-financing capability.
- Commercially minded, with solid stakeholder-management and some deal / negotiation exposure.
- Keen on AI — actively uses (or eager to learn) generative-AI, data-viz and presentation tools to work faster and communicate better. This is primarily a finance role, not a creative one — but you should be willing to build the "creation" skills to make numbers land with executives.
- Excellent command of English, ability to speak Chinese will be advantageous.
